Digital Products.
These are shipped as a link to download in your receipt email. If you cannot find the link please contact me on: kirsten@kirstenivatts.com
Services.
Cancellations of any sessions must be made 24 hours in advance unless a true emergency has occurred. I do not issue refunds but I do allow you to rebook your session, or change it for a different session that you would prefer as long as the session is of the same amount. If the session is more an extra payment will be needed to bring your payment to the required amount. If a session is less I will offer credit towards another session.
Web Design.
I invoice in stages for web design work. I do not issue refunds on any work completed. If you prefer not to continue working with me once an outstanding invoice has been paid, you are welcome to move forward with the design yourself.
